Successfully led a massive agitation of 35,000 teachers at Azad Maidan, Mumbai, with all schools in the state closed.

15 days of regional agitations got the 20% grant actually released to 9,628 schools and divisions in the state.

Led 15,000 to 20,000 teachers on a historic 5-day, 170 km foot-march in freezing cold. As a result the government announced a 20% grant.

Stopped trains at Miraj railway station in a strong protest for the pending demands of unaided teachers.

Got the official government evaluation of schools started and helped hundreds of schools qualify for grants.

A 16-day continuous agitation at Azad Maidan, Mumbai. Enduring lathi-charge and arrest, it paved the way to remove the 'Permanent' tag.

Brought schools across the state together and built an alliance of 70,000 teachers to remove the unjust 'Permanent' tag from schools and divisions.
