Successfully led a massive agitation of 35,000 teachers at Azad Maidan, Mumbai, with all schools in the state closed.
A call was given to close all schools in the state for a 100% grant for unaided and partially aided schools and other demands. Responding to it, a sea of 35,000 teachers gathered at Azad Maidan, Mumbai. Khanderao Jagdale Sir successfully led this massive, historic agitation.
